How do I remove the tips / cushions?Top
Hold the headphone in one hand. With the other pinch the cushion near the end that goes in your ear and twist. The flexible cushion will slip off over the ear stem.

Straight and angled connectors can both provide certain advantages. The majority of customers prefer an angled connector, keeping it low profile. This allows for phones and portable music devices to more easily fit in pockets, bags, etc.

The Control Talk feature is designed specifically for iPhones and iPods. Some limited functions may work with other devices. Control Talk Universal is meant to provide greater compatibility with mobile phones.
 
How does the Control Talk work?Top
Using ControlTalk™ Answer or end a call: Press and release the center button once to answer. Repeat to end the call. Decline an incoming call: Press and hold the center button for two seconds, then release. There will be two beeps when you let go to indicate successful operation. Play or pause a song or video: Press and release the center button. Repeat to resume. Skip to the next or previous song or chapter: Press and release the center button twice quickly to skip forward. Press and release three times quickly to skip back. Control volume: Press the (+) button to increase volume. Press the (-) button to decrease volume. Functionality will vary by device. Why are the Pro Copper's better than the Pro Gold's?Top
Both the Pro Copper's and the Pro Gold's are exceptional in ear speakers. Technically the Copper's are more accurate though some may find that the Gold's provide for a smoother high-end tone.
 
How do I replace the batteries?Top
Battery compartment is located on the outside of the left ear cup. Grip left ear cup using two hands. Press down and twist counter-clockwise approximately 1/8th turn. Replace old batteries with two fresh AAA-size alkaline or lithium batteries. Replace battery cover and carefully twist clockwise to lock. NOTE the locking tabs on the inside of the battery cover. Carefully align them with the holes in the battery compartment
 
Which batteries work best?Top
Any standard triple A battery will work. For better and longer lasting performance look for a high quality, high capacity rechargeable AAA.
 
Why do the Studios come with two cables?Top
The included red cable is designed for the optimal listening experience. The black cable includes a built-in microphone for use with a mobile phone. This cable can be used for both listening and talking.
 
If my headphones are defective, what is the proper procedure to setup a replacement under the warranty?Top
Replacement under warranty is provided to customers who have purchased the Product within India from one of the Dealers Represented on our website, in order to claim for the same you would need a valid receipt from the Dealer to ascertain Proof Of Purchase and register your Product Purchase On Our website. Our Team would be obliged to support and close your warranty claims within 30 working days from the above actions to be carried out. For Customers who have Purchased the Product from outside India we would still require a valid proof of purchase (receipt) and they would need to bear a charge of Rs 5,000 towards shipping & custom duties and send the defective product to Zemax India Inc office address, Zemax India Inc. would then have the customer attended for warranty and the cost of transport or courier to any other city besides Mumbai would be borne by the customer.
 
How can I determine my headphones are authentic or counterfeit? If I successfully registered my headphones, does that verify my headphones/serial number to be authentic?Top
Unfortunately we do not disclose information on how to determine if a set of headphones may be subject to counterfeit because it may allow counterfeiters to improve their fakes. As long as our headphones were purchased from an authorized Dr. Dre retailer, are guaranteed authentic.(Where To Buy, list of authorized retailers).
 
How do I know my warranty is valid? What does the warranty cover?Top
As long as your headphones were purchased from an authorized Dr. Dre retailer and can provide a copy of the receipt, the warranty is valid from the original purchase date. The receipt validates the manufacturer's warranty, which covers any possible manufacturer defects. It does not cover abuse, lost or stolen product(s).
 
Is my warranty void if I am not registering the Product on your website?Top
Warranty Claim needs to be registered to our website to help you faster with your warranty claim and makes matters easy for our team to help you with your claims , however it definitely does not void you from your claims as far as you have purchased from a Genuine Dealer and you have all the information ready for us to assist you with your claims to Monster.
 
What if I am purchasing my Product within India from a Dealer who’s name does not appear on your website?Top
Technically our entire process is to assist you buy a Genuine Product and we update our website on a monthly basis, but in order to make sure your purchase is legitimate you can mail us on sales@zemaxindia.com with the Name Of The reseller and Provide us with a location (City) for us to mail you back or give us your contact information to confirm the same with you through our Team.
 
Can I directly purchase from you?Top
If you are located in a city that does not fall under representation of any Dealers available on our website you can directly purchase from us in which case we would ship the product to your location and bear the costs for transport to your address. Can I purchase my product Online?Top
We are currently under the process of identifying the right partnership within India to take this forward and would like to bring to your information that we cannot held responsible for counterfeit product shipped to you through any other sources besides our on line partner. As of now no one is Authorized by us to sell our Products On-Line and if you are doing so within India you would be transacting at your own risk please note.
 
How much time should a genuine warranty claim take?Top
We would like to support our customers who have purchased genuine products from genuine Dealers please note, in most cases we would take an immediate call and replace the product across the table within 7-10 working days but our cut off is 30 days to be on the safer side and make sure your claims are addressed after all relevant information provided with proof of purchase.
